A high School Memory

This picture is very important to me. Taken 8/14/15. These 5 people are what made my final year at Plainfield Central the best year. We went on countless adventures and made the summer prior to this year amazing. No matter what happens, I'll always remember them because of what huge role they played in the best years of my life. As I type this, I'm hoping to one day look back and be happy and grateful for how special these people are to me.

10 Year Collage

In 10 years, I see myself doing what I love to do the most, taking photographs. Although I'm not pursuing a career in photography it is a hobby and passion I know I will continue till I no longer can't. I also hope to still be in contact with the same people that supported me and helped throughout all of high school. They are always down to go on adventures with me to get some cool shots and I'll forever be thankful.

Favorite Teacher Reflection and Portrait

For my favorite teacher assignment, I decided to go with Mr. Lawler. With art being my favorite subject since kindergarten, the decision was obvious. He's made a big impact on me because he use to be the type of kid I am when he was my age. His personality makes him a respectable teacher, but a fun, real one as well. He jokes around but if I'm ever struggling with a project or a new technique, he's right there to guide me.

What I like the most is that the skills he teaches actually stick to me and I use them outside of school unlike in any other class. He's very realistic and honest, and I appreciate that. If he ever criticizes a work of art, its not to be rude or mean, it's to help them improve.

Put Yourself In History

I photoshopped myself in a scene of Woodstock 1969. The real picture of me was taken at Lollapalooza 2015. I like that I incorporated 2 of the biggest music festivals together. Big fan of that type of environment and experience.

Photographer Stories

My two favorite stories were Long Live the Lion King & Gorillas in the Mist.
I chose these because I'm a big fan of wildlife photography and nature scenes in general. I find it fascinating to see wild animals being captured in their everyday lives in bliss. It's great seeing them being captured without disrupting their natural habitat or posing a threat, I love it.
